Your challenge

• Run and oversee production machinery with care and focus (extrusion background is a plus).
• Apply practical mechanical know-how and hand tools to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards; communicate issues early.
• Move and handle materials as the work demands (lift up to 70 lbs).
• Partner with your team to meet targets on an overnight schedule.
