OVERVIEW Singer Equipment Company, a leading food service and equipment distributor, is seeking a Night Shift Assistant Shipping Administrator. The Night Shift Assistant Shipping Administrator will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to aid management with the daily operations of the warehouse on nightshift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Preparing order documents for Night Warehouse Operations Scanning previous days delivery invoices into the system Researching proof of delivery (POD) documents upon request Month end close processes (last day of the month) Invoicing orders through the internal system Clearly and efficiently communicate information to all levels within the organization Field phone calls throughout the shift Maintain daily warehouse reporting Other administrative duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills (via calls and emails) Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to multi-task Detail oriented and ability to effectively organize tasks High School Diploma or GED required Monday – 6:30PM – 5:00AM Tuesday-Thursday; 7:00PM – 5:30AM Compensation: $17-$21.50/hr Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
