In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Clinicians treat a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, balance and dizziness, post-injury, and functional mobility conditions in a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes and community relationships. Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, dizziness, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
