Job Responsibilities

Source, screen, and select candidates who align with the company's mission and values

Proactively identify and engage passive talent through networking and research

Build sustainable talent pipelines to ensure high-quality hires and improved time-to-fill metrics

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices

Deliver a transparent and engaging experience to hiring managers and candidates

Use data and market insights to drive improvements in hiring process and candidate experience

Promote the company's employment brand through social media and networking efforts

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Workday is a plus)

Ability to travel up to 15% as needed based on business demands

Prior experience recruiting for facilities-related roles (e.g., electricians, mechanics, engineers)
