If RNs have an Associates Degree within 2 years of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1. Identify which school they plan to attend, 2. Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion; 3. Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required prerequisites and timeline for taking the courses, and strongComplete BSN within 5 years of start date/strong/lilistrongExperience:/strong Experience: 2+ years of critical care RN experience preferred/lilistrongCertifications:/strong BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) NIHSS/li/ul/div
