Job Details:

• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - IN state license **Required Experience:** - Minimal 3-5 years in cardiac cath lab **Required vs Preferred Skills/Experience:** - Critical care with cardiac cath lab experience **EMR:** - Cerner, MAC Lab-hemo **Additional Requirements:** - Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted.
