With over 300 employees, we’re proud to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions across every stage of the ownership lifecycle.Position OverviewAs an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle issues including electrical systems, engine drivability, airbag systems, and more. You will perform repairs as needed to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all phases of automotive diagnostics and repairsUse electronic diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issuesConduct thorough examinations following checklists for all vehicle systemsRepair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and other systemsMaintain compliance with dealership policies and safety standardsProvide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfactionUtilize up-to-date automotive scanners and technologyQualificationsMaster Automotive Skill Level experience with a minimum of 5 years in a shop environmentOwn tools and possess strong mechanical knowledge across domestic and foreign vehiclesValid driver’s license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills and willingness to learn and adaptPhysical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Positive attitude and teamwork skillsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseAbility to work full-time day shift, Monday through FridayAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsCompensation & ScheduleAnnual Salary: $60,000 and up (depending on experience)Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysPerksAccess to a fully equipped onsite gym at our corporate office in ArlingtonWhy Join MEI Group?At MEI Group, we believe in doing things the right way—with transparency, accountability, and respect.
