Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls. Record messages when necessary. Maintain inventory and other supplies. Assist with the scale house during truck weighing. Enter data and keep accurate records. Keep the office clean and visually inspect plants. Ensure visitors' sign-in procedures and office security protocols are followed. Preferred qualifications: Bilingual in English & Spanish Willing to work long hours up to 7 days a week and OT Computer literacy Multitasking Problem solving Customer services
