Sales Associate & Garment Care (Part Time) - South Bend

Starting Pay: $15.00/Hour
Looking for a job where you can stay busy, help people, and be part of a supportive team? Ziker Cleaners is hiring friendly, dependable individuals to join our Customer Service Team!
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. You'll help create an exceptional customer experience while working with a team that values hard work, positivity, and growth.

ScheduleFull-Time: Up to 30-35 hours per week. Availability Needed:
- Monday–Friday (Afternoons/Evening Shifts)
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedules vary based on business needs.
What You'll Do- Welcome customers and provide outstanding service
- Process garment drop-offs and pickups
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Handle payments and customer transactions
- Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
- Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
- Balance cash drawer and complete daily closing tasks
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail

While you'll have a primary store location, there may be opportunities to work at other Ziker locations throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, and Elkhart.
