As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Weiner, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, conduct routine patrols, and provide welcoming customer service. DayTime Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying identification, monitoring entry and exit points, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining required access records.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
