Treasury Operations Manager

La empresa conecta bancos, fintechs y comercios a través de una infraestructura financiera que soporta remesas transfronterizas, procesamiento de pagos y servicios financieros integrados (embedded finance). Liderear la función de tesorería operativa, garantizando la correcta administración de los recursos de terceros, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones operativas, la gobernanza bancaria y la integridad de los controles internos, promoviendo procesos estandarizados, escalables y enfocados en la mejora continua. Supervisar el cumplimiento oportuno de las obligaciones operativas con transmisores, pagadores y demás contrapartes. Administrar los recursos de terceros bajo su responsabilidad, garantizando la disponibilidad y correcta aplicación de fondos para la operación. Administrar las cuentas bancarias operativas bajo su responsabilidad. Atender incidentes, requerimientos y gestiones con instituciones financieras. Mantener actualizada la documentación bancaria, procesos KYC y poderes autorizados. Asegurar que todas las conciliaciones bajo su responsabilidad sean realizadas, revisadas y resueltas. Liderar iniciativas de automatización, simplificación y estandarización de procesos de tesorería. Implementar indicadores de desempeño y control para su equipo. Estandarizar los procesos de tesorería operativa de las diferentes entidades bajo un modelo operativo común. Garantizar la conciliación oportuna de las operaciones bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando la integridad de la información y el cumplimiento de los controles definidos. Liderar la automatización y optimización de procesos para reducir riesgos y actividades manuales. 7+ años de experiencia en Tesoreria Experiencia en Tesorería de Banca o similares y Contabilidad. Experiencia en la gestión de relaciones con instituciones financieras y administración de plataformas de banca electrónica.
