We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician who can handle maintenance, general repair work, diagnostics, and inspections with accuracy and professionalism. You'll work in a fast paced shop with strong workflow and a team that communicates well. If you're dependable, detail oriented, and confident turning wrenches without constant supervision, you'll be a strong fit.

Work Requirements

• Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
• Ability to Commute: East Greenwich, RI required
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including brakes, fluid services, suspension work, alignments, and general repairs
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately
• Complete multi point inspections with proper documentation
• Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs, timelines, and recommendations
• Use OEM diagnostic tools and follow Ford repair procedures
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety guidelines
• Test drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs
• Support workflow by assisting teammates when needed
• Deliver repair work that meets dealership and Ford quality standards

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of hands on automotive technician experience preferred
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose issues without unnecessary guesswork
• Strong communication skills and reliable work habits
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ford experience or certifications are a plus, not required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage workload efficiently
