Job Details Job Title : Office Services Clerks Working Title : Night Auditor Requisition Number : PRN16950N Location : Campus, Salt Lake City, UT Department : 01115 - Guest House Type : Non Benefited Staff / Student Type of Recruitment : External Posting Shift : Night Standard Hours per Week : 19 Full Time or Part Time : Part Time Pay Rate Range : $19.00/hour Open Date : 04/09/2026 Close Date : 07/09/2026 Job Summary This position works overnight shifts at the hotel front desk. Shifts are 11 pm–7 am. Must work holidays and weekends. The position is for any day of the week as needed. Training will be done during the day and evening times until the employee is fully trained and can be moved up to nights which is what the regular shift of 11 pm to 7 am will be. A free public transportation pass is included with employment. This position may require the successful completion of a criminal background check and/or drug screen. Responsibilities Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support. Will work graveyards. Runs audit reports. Prepares daily credit card and cash deposits. Answers multi-line phones and assists guests as needed. Performs the duties of a front desk clerk. Makes time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time-effective manner. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience. (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience) Experience Levels : Night Auditor I: Requires little to no related experience. Night Auditor II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience. Night Auditor III: Requires 3+ years of related experience. Night Auditor IV: Requires 5+ years of related experience.
