Per Diem Psychiatric Mental Health Technician - Acute Care
Southridge Behavioral Hospital
Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Byron Center, MI, is opening a new state-of-the-art facility and seeks compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Technicians to join our team. The role supports patient care under the RN and Shift Supervisor, focusing on safety, comfort, and individualized care plans.
You will assist with grooming, group activities, therapeutic milieu, de-escalation, and rounds every 15 minutes to ensure patient safety. Flexible per diem shifts with weekend coverage are available.
