divh2DHFAC Receptionist/h2pThe purpose of this position is to handle front office reception and administration duties including greeting students and community patrons, answering phones, handling membership inquiries, and maintaining a safe/enjoyable environment. The length of employment is routinely the academic year (fall and spring terms); however, some work may be performed during the summer as needed./ppJob Duties:/pulliMaintaining an environment of safety for patrons, self and others/liliAnswers telephone, takes accurate messages, and routes calls to the proper personnel/liliEnsures that facility towels are washed and dried in a timely manner/liliChecks locker rooms periodically, wiping down counters, picking up towels, and mopping as necessary/liliGreets members and guests; recording attendance on computer/liliReceives payment for membership fees, child care, and purchased items using the POS terminal/liliKeeps area clean and completely stocked/li/ulpAbilities: Good people skills and a helpful attitude; good organizational skills and ability to take direction; attention to detail and accuracy completing tasks./ppTools and Equipment Usage: Knowledge and ability to use gunsmith shop equipment./ppEducation and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent.
