Maintenance Technician Mount Pleasant, WI Direct Hire | 2nd & 3rd Shift $24–$28/hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production by troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of SMT manufacturing equipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall manufacturing uptime in a fast‑paced environment.
