Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager | High-End Residential We’re working with a growing South Florida builder that’s carving out a strong reputation in luxury custom residential construction . They’re looking to add a Project Manager who can step in, take ownership, and help drive multiple high-end builds from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep high-end projects moving—without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Be Doing Manage 2–3 active luxury residential projects ($5M–$10M+ range) Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and field teams Own budgets, schedules, and client communication Drive job progress while maintaining high standards of execution Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and reporting Maintain strong relationships with clients, subs, and internal teams What We’re Looking For 5–7+ years of Construction Project Management experience Strong background in high-end residential construction Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Hands‑on experience working closely with field teams and superintendents Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and project controls Experience with Procore (big plus / strong preference) Comfortable in a builder-paced, accountability-driven environment Why This Role Work on high-visibility luxury projects in South Florida Join a team that values execution, ownership, and quality Be part of a company in growth mode with a strong pipeline Direct exposure to leadership and the ability to make an impact quickly Location Fort Lauderdale-based (primarily office with site visits as needed) If you’re a Project Manager who knows how to run high-end residential jobs and wants more ownership, visibility, and momentum—this is worth a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
