Job Overview Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. Employment Type and Shifts Full‑Time or Part‑Time. Available shifts: Opening, Morning. Hourly Wage and Compensation Hourly rate: $15 – $28 per hour. Additional premiums of up to $3 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Annual or quarterly performance incentives may also be earned.
