Medical Assistant - Part-time

Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support under a Provider and licensed Nurse. A $2,000 sign-on bonus (taxable) is available. This part-time, 32 hours/week role offers an onsite schedule with a variable daytime shift.

The ideal candidate will complete an approved Medical Assistant program or EMT/Paramedic program, hold BLS, and be comfortable with EPIC and MS Office. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required.
