Job #: 5967 Pay Rate: Not Specified Job type: right to hire Location: Tampa, FL The Technology Sr. Data Analyst Lead is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Responsibilities: Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders. Derive insights from data across asset classes. Understand and collate client level and trade level data from different data sources for exploratory analytics. Interface with Business, key stakeholders, champions & re-engineering leadership to drive reengineering activities. Communicate with Senior management and act independently, as needed. Create and deliver executive, high-impact presentations. Contribute to the formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives. Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources. Experience working with Global customers. Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis. Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools. Excellent working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Data Analysis. Highly proficient in MS Excel. Capital Market experience is a must. Highly effective communicator, able to interact with senior business managers. Ability to work independently and take personal initiative. Tableau development experience is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
