$2,500 sign-on bonus!

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week | Night shift 6pm - 6:15am | Consistent 2-week rotating schedule | No weekends!

Shift Premiums: Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am) $2.00, Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm) $0.50

Pay Range: $39.48 - $46.91/hr. (This rate includes an additional $3.40 per hour. The Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through program is approved through September 30, 2026; however, this additional pay will continue through September 30, 2027.)

What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our five-star community, you'll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health. You'll lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.
