What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble and build mechanical components using blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Operate forklifts and safely move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with installation prep, lifting, and positioning of materials
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently
- Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Reliable team player with a solid work ethic
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
- Active, hands-on role requiring standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including heat and cold
- Fast-paced, hands-on work - no boring desk job
