Job Description Description ASC is looking for a skilled Assembler to connect components, fasten parts and subassemblies to create our valves. You will maintain a safe, clean work environment, and ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, blueprints and follow them with precision is extremely important. Experience with tools such as pneumatic tools, wrenches is required along with operating a forklift and the ability to lift heavy material up to 50 pounds How You Will Help Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. xmvmafu Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. What You Will Have Requires standing up to 10 hours per day Repetitive use of both hands up to 10 hours per day Constant awareness of surroundings Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
