Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
