Licensed Practical Nurse page is loaded## Licensed Practical Nurselocations: 2500-Cape Coral Homestime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-106**Job Description:**Purpose:To provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status* Must possess basic computer skills* Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse* Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferredEssential Functions:* Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan ensuring each individual’s optimal health and wellbeing* Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks* Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations* Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory* Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met* Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor* Performs all other duties as assignedThis position will remain open until filled.
