We’re seeking a Care Supervisor Lead who is fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee and support a team of Care Supervisors serving the Miami market. This leadership role plays a critical part in caregiver scheduling, care coordination, and maintaining exceptional client and caregiver experiences. You’ll drive operational excellence through team coaching, caregiver and client support, care coordination oversight, and workforce management. Quantity and specific members of this team may change at any time with or without notice. Oversight to include but not limited to: Compliance reporting and maintenance for all caregivers and clients. Issue resolution for all cases requiring management intervention. Leading team meetings to encourage, motivate, and hold team accountable for actionable goals. Training current and new Care Supervisor team members and ensuring all roles and responsibilities are understood and met. Staffing all unassigned shifts for your team to include but not limited to: Act as the default backup for Care Supervisors when team members are absent or unable to work including but not limited to the task of the On-Call job duty. Creates and maintains a database system for all important information relative to assigned Care Givers/Clients Gathers and inputs their phone numbers, home address, auto license number, etc. Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements including professional licenses, training, background checks, etc. Tracks the receipt and expiration date (if any) of insurance, certifications and training. Receives client and/or caregiver calls and handles routine issues, documenting each contact. Escalates complaints, problems or complex issues to the Care Manager. Conducts 60-day consumer interviews. Initiates contact with clients and records health status, treatment progress, whether there are children in the home, and client satisfaction with caregiver and Care Supervisor services. Coordinate Care Givers’ schedules to ensure that client service is maintained. Consistently maintains the confidentiality of Client, Caregiver, and agency information. Participates in after-hours on-call rotation as an industry quality assurance requirement. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Bring: Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude. Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner. Education And Experience At least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related discipline required. Prior office experience, including experience with organizing information and working with databases. At least three (3) years of experience in health care, preferably in home health; two (2) years supervisory experience. Intermediate level computer skill with creating and modifying documents using Microsoft products. Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred. Management Authority Trains other associates Directs work of other associates Physical Requirements Ability to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
