Responsibilities:
- Providing frontline support to customers regarding their claims
- Respond to inquiries, providing claim status updates, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions
- Set‐up appraisal assignments
- Verify injuries
- Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff
- Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, or related office environment
- Basic understanding of auto claims processes, preferred
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
