HRIS Analyst

Overview IDR is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of HR information systems within a healthcare or large enterprise environment. The position offers a chance to work on system implementations and improvements in a dynamic team setting. Responsibilities Administer and support the HRIS including configuration, security, workflows, and system maintenance Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide Tier 1–2 user support Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and system upgrades/releases Maintain data integrity through audits, validation, and mass uploads Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to improve systems and processes Requirements 3+ years of HRIS experience (HR technology, HR operations, or HR systems) Experience with a major HRIS platform such as PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or HealthStream Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits Experience supporting HRIS administration, troubleshooting, and user support Strong Excel and data validation skills What’s in it for you?
