An established, physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Psychiatrist to join its growing outpatient behavioral health team in Beaumont, Texas .

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management, supportive therapy, patient education, and appropriate referrals.
• Monitor patient progress, treatment effectiveness, medication response, and side effects.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities as appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license
• Eligible for DEA registration
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
