Manufacturing Technician

Job Description: Location: Rochester, New Hampshire We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production, inspection, and assembly of composite products in the Dover, NH area. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork, along with the ability to work across multiple manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform manufacturing operations to produce quality composite products and components. Set up and operate equipment according to work instructions and procedures. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately. Perform daily equipment checks and basic autonomous maintenance. Support inventory counts, process improvements, and corrective action activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Help achieve production goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Desired Background/Skills Aerospace, composites, or advanced manufacturing experience. Basic understanding of hand tools. Mechanical aptitude and experience working with manufacturing equipment. Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Open to a 2nd and/or 3rd shift. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and process documentation. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting.
