You are the all-seeing, all-dancing, veggie-chopping, meat-slicing, cheese-grating, ingredient-weighing rock star who shows up first and leaves when the job is done. Quite possibly you were born to help make the most perfect and amazing pizzas possible.Duties & Responsibilities· Always adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming· Completes duties on opening, closing and prep checklists.· Refers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.· Prepares all food ingredients in accordance with Mellow Mushroom portion sizes and recipe specifications.· Use our Recipe Cards for preparing all products. Does not rely on personal memory or of other team members.· Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, kitchen, and refrigeration equipment.· Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more). Become an expert at stretching dough.· Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas.· Be comfortable talking to co-workers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone – especially team members.· Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about.
