Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or medical office front desk role.
Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Job Description
Implement and maintain established practice policies and procedures.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism.
Handle patient registration, update records, and verify insurance information.
Process payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries.
Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Support continuous learning and professional development initiatives within the team.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure seamless patient flow.

Monday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
