Pay Range: $50.40hr - $55.40hr

Job Overview:

• The candidate will support the daily operations of assigned programs, maintaining documentation and records while coordinating meetings and preparing agendas. The role involves assisting with budget tracking, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and updating program databases. The successful candidate will also help organize program-related events and prepare materials for training and outreach activities.

High Level Overview:

• This role supports programs within the organization's Wildfire Mitigation Program (WMP) which is part of the General Rate Case (GRC) and regulated by the CA Office of Energy Safety (OEIS) and the CPUC.
• This role supports programs that implement backup power solutions for residential and non-residential customers in the high fire threat district, including customer engagement, database management, vendor management, and compliance/regulatory reporting.
• The successful candidate supports the team and program partners to effectively operate, improve, and report on program parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage small to medium-sized projects within the department.
• Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, design, and vendor management.
• Develop and maintain parameters for project requirements, including implementation plans, procedures, handbooks, and product market analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance program data and reporting, leveraging multiple internal data sources and utilizing modern data technology tools and practices.
• Respond to customer inquiries to inform on program information and verify customer eligibility information.
• Provide direction to contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Coordinate procurement activities for project-related materials and services, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting project timelines or deliverables to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare status reports to ensure progress aligns with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support daily operations of assigned programs.

• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
• Update program databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Project Management strengths (e.g., organized, planful, resourceful, action-oriented).
• Detail-oriented when dealing with data, tracking, reporting, and program material development.
• Collaborative and flexible with peers and leaders across the division.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.
