Cafe Manager / Entrepreneurial Operator

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about coffee, healthy living, community, and building something meaningful?

We are exploring an exciting opportunity to grow a health-focused café concept alongside a successful fitness business in Fort Myers. We're looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial individual who would love the challenge of helping lead and grow a neighborhood café that serves quality coffee, smoothies, healthy snacks, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building relationships, and helping a small business thrive.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day café operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory and ordering
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Assist with menu development and promotions
Build relationships with customers and local businesses
Train and support team members as the business grows
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve operations

What We're Looking For

Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment
Passion for health, wellness, coffee, and community engagement
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
