• Oversee day-to-day café operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with menu development and promotions

• Train and support team members as the business grows
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve operations

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment
