The CSA is responsible for developing relationships with clients and assisting clients with inquiries and problem resolution by performing research on various systems. The CSA is responsible for ensuring best in class client experience by supporting Wealth Advisors, Bankers, Trust Officers, and managers’ efficacy through various technical duties.
