Job Description

We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in the Buffalo, NY area to join an expanding regional fleet. This paid training opportunity is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning quickly.

Compensation and benefits

$1,600–$1,800+ weekly
Paid weekly (every Friday)

Position overview

Predictable regional routes originating in and around Buffalo, NY
Approximately 3,000 miles per week
No-touch dry van freight
Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
Brand-new automatic transmission trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
No slip seating
24/7 dispatch support

Home time options

Home weekly
Home every other week
Flexible schedules to support work–life balance

Training program

Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Mentor-led training with emphasis on safety and performance
Hands-on experience to prepare drivers for regular regional operations

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Satisfactory driving record
Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
Available to start as soon as possible
