What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment from leading brands, including CASE IH, New Holland, Kubota, and Cub Cadet. Service a wide variety of equipment, from residential lawn mowers to self-propelled forage harvesters. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs while meeting high standards for quality and efficiency. Deliver exceptional service that keeps our customers' equipment running when they need it most. What We're Looking For: Experience servicing agricultural or commercial equipment. Strong knowledge of agricultural and automotive mechanical systems, gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, CAN Bus systems, machine assembly, and computer-based diagnostics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
