Job Description:

ACTIVE BLUE CARD CPI REQUIRED TO SUBMIT

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' mental health status, including recognizing signs of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral problems.
Develop individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues.
Administer psychiatric medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
Provide immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis.
Build trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills.
Monitor patients for physical and psychological symptoms, including vital signs, mental status changes, and medication effects.

Requirements:

BLS and CPI certifications
Ability to assess patients' mental health status
Care planning skills
Medication management knowledge
Crisis intervention skills
Advanced therapeutic communication skills
