- Assist patients and their families in navigating complex healthcare systems, including insurance options, financial assistance, and access to relevant social services. \n
- Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops to offer resources and foster community among individuals facing similar mental health challenges. \n
- Address social determinants of health affecting recovery, including housing stability, employment opportunities, and accessibility to care. \n
- Advocate for the rights of patients, ensuring culturally competent and patient-centered approaches to treatment. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies, ensuring the continuity of care. \n
- Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments, contributing valuable insights from a social work perspective. \n

Qualifications\nTo qualify for this rewarding position, applicants must possess:
