This position primarily assists the Operations Managers and takes on a lead role in assuring the effective and efficient routing and scheduling for PWS Operations. We offer: Competitive weekly pay Paid time off Free and low-cost Health Insurance options , dental and vision insurance 401k plan, with a generous match of up to 4% Company 100% paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance Responsibilities: This positions generally needs to be available between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of routes using computer software Analyze and make recommendations on improving route performances Enter accurate and timely dispatches and updates Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction on routes while maintaining service quality Accurately complete required forms, documents, reports, records, etc. Assist in directing drivers to perform pick-ups and deliveries in an efficient and effective manner Attend regular training and educational programs related to dispatching and routing software Assist with various yearly projects in Operations Qualifications: Experience working with routing and logistics software Ability to change or create routes in all divisions to improve efficiency Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Encore, electronic calendars, etc Ability to effectively provide leadership supervision in the dispatch office Strong verbal and written communications skills Willing to undergo a drug screening in accordance with local law/regulations Possess OR the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (Class B) About Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc.: Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as confidential document destruction at the customer site.
