Customer Engagement Applications Engineer (Reticle Inspection)

Job Responsibilities Provide technical application support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems. Conduct acceptance testing, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, alpha/beta testing, and related pre‑sales activities. Assist marketing and account sales in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs. Provide follow‑up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. Escalate field application issues to the product division and follow up for issue fixes; work on sophisticated problems requiring in‑depth evaluation of various factors. Collaborate with customers and the division to improve the benefit of reticle inspectors. Generate BKM, project summary reports, customer use‑case summaries, and product value pitch information. Travel to customer sites as required. Qualifications Master’s Degree and 0 years related work experience*; or Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years related work experience. Relevant experience in reticle inspection, photomask inspection or related fields. Pay & Location Base Pay Range: $83,100 - $141,300 per annum. Primary location: Austin, Texas, USA.
