Regional Reimbursement Director, Neuroscience, Pacific Northwest

Ipsen seeks a Regional Reimbursement Director for Neuroscience to manage the reimbursement environment across the Pacific Northwest, covering eight states. The role combines field-based healthcare provider engagement with Medicare Administrative Contractor relationship management to ensure patient access to neurology therapies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and MACs to expand patient access and reduce reimbursement barriers for Ipsen neurology products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at Medicare Administrative Contractors across the region
• Provide field-based reimbursement expertise to sales and account management teams regarding coverage, coding, and payer policies
• Support new product launches through regional reimbursement readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement planning
• Monitor and analyze neurology market access landscape including payer policies, prior authorization requirements, and competitive trends

Requirements

• Expertise in payer policies, coding, coverage, and payment mechanisms for pharmaceutical products
• Experience managing relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors and healthcare payers
• Field-based reimbursement support experience in healthcare provider channels
• Knowledge of neurology or specialty pharmaceutical markets preferred
• Ability to reside near a major airport within the Pacific Northwest region
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
