Social Media Marketer

We are a coding and robotics school that teaches kids ages 8-16 through projects and teamwork. We're looking for a person to help us create valuable content for parents across social media and email. You'll be making reels that educate parents and writing emails that inspire them. We're looking for someone who's passionate about not only helping our business but also improving their skills. This is an in-person role at our school in Tracy, CA What You'll Do Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) that tells stories and educates parents about what their kids are learning Write newsletter emails that inspire and connect with parents Pitch new ideas about how our marketing can be improved Research and learn about the STEM concepts we teach (coding, robotics, etc.) so your content is accurate and credible What we’re looking for Fluency in social media content creation, including the entire process of editing, writing a script and creating ideas, and filming A personal portfolio or previous work that showcases your ability to take a video from idea to creation Proficiency in writing engaging emails that tell a story in your unique voice Familiarity with STEM, especially coding and robotics The ability to research and learn along the way A drive to improve your skills and do better You must be able to come in-person to Tracy, CA!
