Key Responsibilities Household Management & Organization Maintain organization systems for closets, storage, pantry, and toys Reset and tidy rooms daily, ensuring the home is prepared for weekly cleaning services Oversee and sync family schedules, managing appointments and calendar updates Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, dcor, bedding) Prepare for family events and guest stays, coordinating food and hospitality Coordinate donation drop-offs and pick-ups Assist with packing and unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (cleaners, landscapers, contractors) Load and unload the dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas Flag upcoming school events, birthdays, and manage household projects (e.g., closet organization, summer camp research) Inventory Management & Errands Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies Create and manage household shopping lists Coordinate and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.) Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping Handle package pickup, mail sorting, and deliveries Source, wrap, and mail gifts for friends and family Family Support & Child Assistance Assist with school and activity transportation Provide light supervision, playtime, or backup childcare Oversee packing backpacks, clothing, and snacks for school, offering gentle reminders as needed Help with child-related laundry or errands Provide occasional child ride support (drop-offs, pick-ups) Offer evening or weekend childcare as needed Meal Planning & Preparation Plan and prep healthy, protein-rich meals and snacks for the family Shop for groceries and meal-related items Clean the kitchen post-prep and maintain tidiness Assist with meal prep (chopping, assembling), batch cooking, or order/pick up meals on busy days Laundry & Linen Care Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (clothing, bedding, towels) Iron, steam, and prepare outfits as needed Rotate bedding, refresh towels, and maintain linen organization Keep laundry areas clean and well-stocked with supplies Pet Care
