ML Compiler & Systems Architect — Open Source

Genesis seeks a highly autonomous engineer to own Quadrants end to end, including the API, IR, lowering, optimizations, and numerical primitives. You will drive the roadmap and ensure the system remains coherent with Genesis’ physics simulations.
You will balance usability with performance, building in Keras-like Python ergonomics while enabling expert optimizations via low-level escape hatches. This role bridges research and engineering, aiming to push the state of the art.
