Conduct thorough evaluations of patients from diverse age groups, utilizing both standardized assessments and observational analyses.

Craft individualized treatment plans targeting immediate challenges and long-term goals related to communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy aimed at fostering clarity in communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

Engage in collaborative efforts with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to establish seamless care strategies.

Provide education for patients and their families to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions.

Occasionally participate in inpatient speech evaluations and interventions, ensuring every stage of the treatment continuum is addressed.

Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with existing state and federal standards and organizational policies.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field by participating in ongoing education and collaborating with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of starting employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatments covering all age demographics, accompanied by a solid understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional inter-personal communication capabilities with patients and interdisciplinary care teams.

Adept at adjusting therapy techniques to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
