What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you'll help individuals and families find personalized insurance solutions while growing the agency through consultative sales and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend customized coverage solutions.

Educate customers on policy options, discounts, and available insurance products.

Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous insurance sales experience.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Comfortable using technology, agency management systems, and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Allstate experience is highly preferred; other major carriers also appreciated.

Experience with another major insurance carrier will also be strongly considered.

Active Life & Health License is a plus.
