And we're just getting started.Join us to put AI to work for people.Job DescriptionGTM Strategy & Execution: Provide feedback on GTM strategy, including market segmentation, messaging, pricing positioning, and sales playbooksSales Motion Design: Build scalable, repeatable sales processes aligned to customer buying journeysTeam Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing sales team, establishing performance metrics and coaching frameworksDemand Generation Alignment: Partner with Marketing to design integrated digital and account-based marketing campaigns that feed the sales pipelineSales Enablement: Create and maintain comprehensive sales collateral, training programs, and knowledge repositories; ensure team proficiency invalue proposition and differentiationPipeline Management: Establish and forecast pipeline targets; monitor conversion metrics and continuously optimize sales processesCompetitive & Customer Intelligence: Maintain market intelligence on competitive landscape and customer needs; iterate GTM based on win/loss analysisCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure GTM alignment with product roadmap and corporate strategyQualifications5+ years in SaaS/enterprise software sales including leadership experienceProven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teamsDeep expertise in digital sales motions, inside sales, and sales automation platformsExperience with ServiceNow ecosystem (product knowledge, customer base, competitive context) strongly preferredStrategic thinking paired with operational excellence—ability to design and execute simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills for diverse audiences (executives, sales teams, marketing, partners)For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $122,430 - $172,020, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
