- 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service recruiting experience preferred
- Proven ability to source and place hospitality professionals
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for hospitality and restaurant positions.
- Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent for management, culinary, and front-line roles.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
- Evaluate candidates' leadership abilities, customer service skills, and operational expertise.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Conduct reference and employment verification checks.
- Manage multiple open positions while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
- Build lasting relationships with hospitality professionals and hiring organizations.
- Knowledge of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, and food service industries
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet recruiting goals and deadlines
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking capabilities
- Detail-oriented, professional, and confident personality
- Ability to evaluate talent and match candidates to client needs
- Experience using job boards, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems
