Description Primary Care Physician | Adults 65+ | $235K–$260K Value-Based Primary Care | 12–15 Patients Per Day Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Physicians see approximately 12–15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits. Value-Based Care experience is welcomed but is not required; training is provided.
